## What AtlyChat is

AtlyChat (https://atly.chat) is operated by AtlyTech s.r.o., a Czech company (IČO 29944627).
It is a **consumer multimodal AI chat** in the browser (also installable as a PWA).

Fast / Smart / Best / Auto in the UI. Image, video, voice dictation, and spreadsheet/PDF analysis share one credit pool. Paid plan is **$4.99/month** globally and **99 Kč/měsíc** when the UI is Czech.

## What AtlyChat is not

- **Not** Atly (https://atly.work) — that product is European business communication infrastructure (company phone number, WhatsApp, HITL). Same operator, different product.
- **Not** a ChatGPT Plus clone with a lower sticker and the same paywalls.
- **Not** an MCP server. Hosted product MCP stays on https://mcp.atly.work (Atly B2B). AtlyChat exposes an OpenAI-compatible inference API instead.

## Who AtlyChat is for

- People who pay $20 for a chat box and still open other tabs for voice, a spreadsheet, an image, and a short video.
- Anyone who wants one cheap monthly plan instead of model/image/video add-ons.

## Pricing (honest)

- **Try:** 50,000 text-only credits, no card. Image / video / data analysis after subscribe.
- **Monthly:** 8 million credits. $4.99 USD or 99 Kč (Czech locale).
- **Top-ups:** extra credits when the month is used up (optional).
- Credits map to provider cost. A Best-class or video call burns more than Fast text.

## API (paid)

OpenAI-compatible, personal keys `atc_live_…` from Settings after subscribe:

- `GET https://atly.chat/v1/models`
- `POST https://atly.chat/v1/chat/completions` (`Authorization: Bearer atc_live_…`)

Text chat only on `/v1` at launch. Same credit ledger as the web app. Not MCP.
